Quotations and Contracts
Quotations are valid for 30 days unless otherwise stated.
All quotes are subject to change based on final site measurements, materials, access, or unforeseen complications.
A job is only confirmed once the client accepts the quotation in writing or by deposit payment.

Payment Terms
A deposit of 10–30% may be required prior to the commencement of work (depending on job scope).
The balance is typically due upon completion unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Payments may be made via bank transfer, cash, or cheque. Receipts will be provided upon request.
Late Payments: We reserve the right to charge interest at 2% per month on overdue balances and may suspend or cancel ongoing work.

Cancellations and Refunds
Before Work Begins:
Cancellation within 48 hours of scheduled start may incur an admin fee or recovery of costs incurred (e.g., ordered materials).
Deposits are refundable only if cancellation occurs more than 7 days before the agreed start date and no expenses have been incurred.
After Work Has Begun: Cancellation after commencement will result in a charge for all work completed to date, materials used, and any reasonable demobilisation costs.
Refunds for incomplete work may be considered only where Lion Landscaping is at fault (e.g., breach of contract or non-performance).

Delays and Force Majeure
We shall not be liable for delays caused by:

Transport disruptions

Workmanship and Warranty
We aim to provide high-quality workmanship and use reputable materials. We may offer:
